Fun to Play | Art
for parents and their young children
Let your four month old draw on a fogged up mirror in the bathroom. She will enjoy making designs on the mirror, and seeing her own image. This may be your child's first experience with finger painting.
When your baby is seven or eight months old, let her finger paint with rice cereal or mashed potatoes on her high chair tray.
Your one year old will enjoy finger painting on a piece of freezer paper with pudding. Date the project and hang it on the refrigerator.
