The 2017 Livestock Leaders’ Meeting will be held on November 29, at Great Basin College, Health Science Building room 108, at 5:30 p.m.
Process for changing classes:
- All interested leaders, youth, and parents will meet to discuss the 2017 Fair Livestock Show and Auction. Written proposals, which were submitted to change classes, will be the ONLY changes discussed. *A vote will be taken after each proposal is discussed.
- To have your written proposal considered, you must e-mail your class changes by October 30 to Brianna Bright – email@example.com
At the November meeting, we will keep to a schedule. Individuals/groups with written proposals for class changes will have no more than 5 minutes to make an oral presentation. No more than 10 minutes will be allotted for questions and discussion. Please e-mail Brianna any issue or comments you would like discussed at the meeting by October 30. All items will be put on the agenda. 4-H Members, general leaders, parents and volunteers can vote on a change.
