Nevada Certified Radon Mitigation Providers List
Updated Dec. 26, 2017
Certification and Licensing
Two organizations, the American Association of Radon Scientists and Technologists-National Radon Proficiency Program (AARST-NRPP) and the National Radon Safety Board (NRSB), maintain professional listings of radon mitigation and measurement service providers who have had a specific training and/or passed a written test on reducing radon in homes or other buildings. The following list of Mitigation Service Providers for Nevada was derived from their websites.
The Nevada Division of Public and Behavioral Health and the Nevada Radon Education Program does not endorse or recommend any company or individual over another. As with any home service, you are advised to get more than one estimate.
For more information, contact the University of Nevada Cooperative Extension Radon Hotline 888-RADON10 (888-723-6610) or the Nevada Division of Public and Behavioral Health, 775-687-7550.
NOTE: Nevada law requires that Contractors be licensed and regulated by the Nevada State Contractors Board.
Being Certified for Radon Mitigation does not imply possession of a valid Nevada Contractors license. If you have any questions regarding licensing, call the Nevada State Contractors Board in Southern Nevada at 702-486-1100 or in Northern Nevada at 775-688-1141. Or, visit their website.
