Learn the recipe for activating sustainable tourism

University of Nevada Cooperative Extension’s Nevada Naturalist program presents Geo-tourism explained as part of the 2015 Lecture Series on June 4. The hour-long presentation begins at 7 p.m.

Join Chief Visionary Officer, Sustainable Tahoe, Jacquie Chandler, as she shares updates and insights from Tahoe’s geo-tourism journey and how southern Nevada can benefit. Learn the three critical ingredients (plus the recipe) for activating sustainable tourism (Geo-tourism) in your region!

Nevada Naturalist, a Cooperative Extension program, focuses on giving a broad understanding of nature to participants interested in learning, volunteering, teaching and participating in conservation projects and issues. The program will also give participants the skills and confidence necessary to make a difference for environmental stewardship and conservation in southern Nevada.
