Free Parenting Class
LAS VEGAS-University of Nevada Cooperative Extension is offering a class titled Family Moral Code as part of the series of the Parents Go First™ program. The class will be held on Saturday, September 13, 2008 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Children look to their parents and caregivers to learn how to be in the world. This program series builds on the idea that changes by one member in the family influences all family members. Parents Go First™ is designed to help parents explore and understand some of their own limitations, beliefs and conflicts that are fundamental to individual parenting practices.
Parents Go First™ classes are free and will be held at Cooperative Extension’s Lifelong Learning Center, located at 8050 Paradise Road (I-215 and Windmill Lane). Comfortable, loose clothing should be worn.
For more information, or to register for this class, please contact Dr. Jean A Metzker at (702) 948-5905 or email email@example.com . The class is limited to the first 50 participants.
