4-H Club hosts free presentation on caring for aging pets

Like humans, many of our pets are also living longer lives these days. Learn how to provide the best care for your aging pet at a free presentation, “Your Aging Pet,” 6:30 — 8:30 p.m., Nov. 1, at University of Nevada Cooperative Extension, 2621 Northgate Lane, Suite 12, Carson City.

Ron Sandoval, DVM, a partner at Baring Boulevard Veterinary Hospital will give tips on helping our pets to live happy and healthy lives in their latter years. The Carson City 4 Paws 4-H Dog Club is hosting the event, which is free and open to the public. However, it is recommended that interested parties call to reserve a spot, 887-2252, as space is limited.
