All 4 Kids©, a program of University of Nevada Cooperative Extension, is offering a 13-week series for preschool children (ages 3-5) and their parents to encourage families to be healthy, happy, active and fit. Working in cooperation with Cambridge Community Center, families are provided interactive experiences that promote healthful habits regarding physical activity, eating and living healthy at any shape or size. Go foods (foods that can be eaten every day) and Whoa foods (foods that can be eaten once in a while) are taught to encourage children and parents to make healthy choices.

The All 4 Kids© program helps children meet Nevada’s Pre-Kindergarten (Pre-K) Standards while encouraging preschool children and their families to live healthy. Utilizing dance, children will build skills outlined in Nevada’s Pre-K Standards while having fun and making new friends. Free materials will be given to families to continue activities at home such as the All 4 Kids© award-winning music and dance CD/DVD, nutrition and fitness games, recipes and more.

This FREE program will be offered at the Cambridge Community Center every Monday and Wednesday from Noon to 1 p.m. beginning June 2 through August 18. Cambridge is located at 3900 Cambridge St., Las Vegas, Nev. The classes are taught in English and in Spanish. For more information about the series, dates and times, or to register email or call 702-948-5942. Sign up now! Space is limited.
