Fall Gardening Class offered at UMC
Clark County Cooperative Extension Master Gardener Helen Brown will be presenting a fall gardening class on Tuesday, August 27 at 10 a.m. at the Family Resource Center at UMC (1120 Shadow Lane). Late August is the time to consider what to plant now and in the next two months for your fall and winter garden. It’s also time to begin starting seeds for your fall and winter garden. This season is all about greens and root vegetables. The class is free and open to the public, but you must pre-register.
