Expertise: Carol is the Extension Educator for Northeast Clark County. Her areas of interest are agricultural economics and fostering local agriculture and other enterprises as a means for enhancing economic and community development.

Vocational Education Instructor
Expertise: Penny Blair reaches out to bilingual audiences and focuses on general nutrition, food safety education and nutrition education related to the prevention of chronic diseases and teaches classes in community settings. She is a certified lactation counselor and child safety seat technician.
Programs: Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program (EFNEP), An Ounce of Prevention, Nurturing Partners, Eating Healthy. Being Active, Winning with Foods, Support for Breastfeeding Mothers — Breast is Best, Northeast Child Passenger Safety Seat Program and Family Vehicle Safety Program English/Spanish.

Community Based Instructor IV
Expertise: Lacey coordinates and teaches for the 4-H program in Logandale and outlying areas. Responsibilities include curriculum development, teaching, program delivery, program results, working with and supervising volunteers and working with the general public to include adults and youth.
