Expertise: Sarah Chvilicek works with UNCE faculty and staff to plan, implement and evaluate community based 4-H Youth Development Programs by recruiting, screening and training volunteers to deliver researched based curricula/projects to area youth.

Expertise: Pamela Payne has a wide range of experiences within the area of psychology and family studies. She has worked with autistic children, juvenile delinquents, military veterans and college students throughout her career. She has conducted research and evaluations on individuals, couples and military families in regards to individual and couple development, spiritual and religious beliefs, sexuality, youth engagement, parenting skills and communication. She has taught courses related to human and child development, psychological problems, family dynamics, human sexuality, military families and military veteran transitions to college. Her specialties include: education, research, social science, human development, psychology, youth programs, evaluation, common measures, military families, religion & spirituality in families.
