What is 4-H Professional Development?

Random Images of Health Rocks! activities

Professional Development is offered by Clark County 4-H to guide educators through the experiential model and inquiry-based learning process. Adult participants engage in fun and effective hands on 4-H activities and model 4-H Science Smart best practices.

The educational purpose of each activity is designed to help educators guide students to find value in science, technology, engineering, arts and mathematics (S.T.E.A.M.) while incorporating life skills development. An assessment tool is provided to help teachers gauge their own competencies for delivering S.T.E.A.M. education.

Training on site is available.
