4-H Youth Development

Welcome to Pershing County 4-H Youth Development

4-H in Pershing County is a fun opportunity to get hands-on experience in many different areas of interest. Our 4-H clubs cover several project areas that teach many different life skills, including leadership skills, independence and dedication.

4-H age for club members ranges from 9 to 19 years of age; however, many of the clubs accept Cloverbuds, youth ages 5 to 8. Some restrictions apply to Cloverbuds around exhibition and competition.

If you are interested in enrolling in 4-H, please contact Rebekah Dohl at the Pershing County Cooperative Extension office, 775-273-2923 or dohlr@unce.unr.edu.
